The core team of Chongqing Pangu Power Technology Co., Ltd. entered the diesel generator set industry as early as 1991. In January 2003, they began the technical research and development of high-power engines. In 2006, they invested in establishing a manufacturing base in Yongchuan, Chongqing, and in 2021, the company was renamed Chongqing Pangu Power Technology Co., Ltd..Pangu has pioneered many industry firsts. As early as 2012, Pangu independently designed and manufactured China's first V20 high-speed diesel engine with a cylinder diameter of 170mm. Pangu became the third company globally capable of researching and manufacturing V20-cylinder high-power high-speed engines. Thanks to its collaboration with global mainstream engine manufacturers, sharing supply chains, and efficient lean manufacturing processes, Pangu's full series of engines have significant characteristics, such as low power output per liter, high reliability, low exhaust temperature, low fuel consumption, clean emissions, and low operation and maintenance costs.
