The Challenge: Grid Instability Stifling Growth

The factory, equipped with over 100 computerized looms and dyeing machines, faced:

• Daily Micro-Outages: Brief voltage dips would cause looms to reset, ruining fabric runs and requiring hours of re-threading.

The Solution: A Turnkey Prime Power System

After a detailed energy audit, a solution was engineered:

• Core Power: Two (2) x 800 kVA Pangu Power prime power diesel generator sets, powered by high-torque Chongqing Cummins engines.
• System Design: The units were configured for parallel operation, sharing the base load. This provided redundancy; if one unit needed service, the other could carry the essential load.
• Seamless Integration: A sophisticated automatic paralleling switchgear and ATS were installed. The system automatically starts the generators and synchronizes them to the factory's electrical bus within 45 seconds of a grid failure.
